Sealark the proud sponsor of local soccer clubs

As pre-season training kicks off, Sealark is proud to announce it will be major sponsor of both the Culburra Cougars Football Club and the Callala Brumbies Soccer Club for the forthcoming 2024 season.

Both local clubs will be supported by Sealark as they take part in the Shoalhaven District Football Association competition this year, and Sealark Managing Director – Land & Development Matt Philpott is looking forward to the action.

“Both the Callala Brumbies and Culburra Cougars are strong representatives of our local community and we’re proud to support the efforts of the players and clubs in all the great work they do, on and off the field,” Mr Philpott said.

Lindsey Higgins, President of Culburra Cougars Football Club, says: “We would like to thank Sealark for its contribution to our community-based club. This kind of support is vital for us to keep our running costs as low as possible, which in turn allows as many locals as possible to play our sport. We are rapt that Sealark has come on board as a sponsorship partner heading into season 2024.”

Melissa Withyman, President of Callala Brumbies Soccer Club, says: “The Callala Brumbies Soccer Club thanks Sealark. Raising funds for a small club such as ours is extremely difficult and so we are very grateful. We’re proud to have Sealark on board as one of our sponsors for the 2024 season.”

Sealark is owned by The Halloran Trust, a registered charity, which was established to fund education, research, community and conservation projects. The company also undertakes property management actions to preserve and care for the Lake Wollumboola Biodiversity Stewardship Site.

Sealark’s property development operations enable the company to continue its environmental conservation work, while ensuring The Halloran Trust can continue its support for local projects and organisations.
